Every stylist trains through our in-house programme, covering classic barbering and modern hairdressing side by side. Ongoing sessions are part of the job, not something you fund yourself on a day off.
Apprentice, stylist, senior, salon lead. The steps are written down and so is what each one takes, so you always know what you are working towards.
Crowborough, Tunbridge Wells, Lewes and Brighton work to one standard and share one team. Cover a shift, sit in on a course, move salons — it is all the same family.
